Our homely flat is located in a quiet street in Battersea with excellent transport links to Central London. An ideal base to explore London, enjoy trendy Clapham and just a short 5 minute stroll from the common. The recently renovated flat is only a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station where trains take less than 10 minutes into Victoria or Waterloo (Southbank). The flat is perfect for couples and families; the main bedroom has a standard double bed and the second bedroom a small double.
This is a spacious 2 bedroom garden flat with good outside space. We’re situated behind the iconic Battersea Arts Centre, a 19th Century landmark in the local area. The bedrooms offer plenty of storage space, each with a chest of drawers as well as hanging space and shelving in the wardrobes. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher available for your use. The washing machine is in the cupboard in the bathroom and feel free to make use of that during your stay.
Guests can access the whole property. This is our home so we do ask that you treat it as you would your own home. You’ll find plenty of books, DVDs and board games so please make use of these during your stay but do make sure they remain here at the flat. Use the kitchen as much as you wish but again, please ensure when you do vacate the flat, you leave things clean and tidy.

Battersea is a trendy and vibrant part of London just a stones throw from the River Thames and central London. Clapham Junction has all the amenities you’ll find in a typical high street including banks, shops, cafes etc. The Northcote Road, Lavender Hill and Clapham Common are home to numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a Whole Foods and a 24 hour Asda supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away.
Clapham Junction is less than 10 minutes walk. From here it is a few minutes train into central London. Gatwick Airport is also only 30 minutes by train. Buses to Vauxhall leave from outside the Arts Centre at the top of the road. Uber taxis are readily available from around Town Hall Road offering a cheap and convenient way to travel in and around London.
Other things to note
This is a peaceful residential street and despite a central location, you’ll find the flat quiet. Our neighbours do live and work here so please keep noise to a minimum during your stay.

This is a lovely flat in a great location. It has a great outside space which would be lovely in the summer months. Hugo was very helpful and very responsive even when we had to extend our stay at the last minute. A very cosy, comfortable flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great shower too!

Everything was as described, communication was great and smooth, I was not in need to think about spending time at home as the property was well-equipped with entertaining facilities. ***Excellent*** In addition and most importantly I had to run early morning for my business at the check in day, and it would not be possible without your generosity in allowing early check in. So thanks for facilitating this for me.

Compact and tidy base for visiting London. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Shower room good. Living area compact but all that is needed for a visit. Kitchen well equipped, clean and appears to be recently installed. Outside space functional but again ideal for short stay. Tip for visitor from outside London: Travel to and from the flat via Clapham Junction. Clapham Junction to Waterloo or Vauxhall on the overground trains then allow connections to the underground. Close proximity of Asda to flat meant getting food for breakfast etc was easy. Would happily recommend this flat to any party of 4 or fewer.
